And if you do not believe us, have a look what our clients have said!
"I love working with them, and they have helped the visibility of my online business increase by over 100%. Approachable and reliable, I am not sure what more I could ask for."
- Ruth, Ruth's Little Kitchen.
Hold your horses; that is not the only thing that makes us different than other agencies though we do not shy away from saying that some of our designs are great. We are also a Social Enterprise, as we find supporting the community important.
Have a look at our story of how we got there … see link
What is a Social Enterprise?
Social enterprises are businesses who seek to make a profit and succeed commercially. But how they operate, who they employ, how they use their profits and where they work is transforming lives and communities across the UK and around the world.
In the UK, social enterprises work in every sector of the economy, including creating and trading consumer products and services, providing local community resources and running creative agencies. arts organisations, recycling projects, cafes and restaurants, cleaning services and waste management companies. Social enterprises also provide high-quality public services, and as many as a third of community healthcare providers are social enterprises.
How do we make a difference?
As a social enterprise, we need to pledge that we give a minimal 50% of our net profits to good causes, such as charities, projects or ideas, at the end of the financial year.
Who do we support?
We support the disabled community. This is something close to the heart of our founder Heike Knip,as his youngest daughter has CDKL5, which is a rare genetic disorder.
In addition, we support the disabled community not only by funding projects, charities and other good causes - but also as an employer. As when a position becomes available, we try to fill this with someone from the disabled community.
Giving people from this community a great start to work in the creative industry, as well our motto is how we can make this work for you, then how can you make this work for us?
Equality is important to us. We focus to be an inclusive company, where we do not discriminate on the base of gender, race, disability or religion or anything else. As we see everyone person, as unique individual with it’s own set of talents.
Disabled Confident employer
We are as well a disabled-confident employer, which means that we actively try to recruit with in the disabled community.
What else do we do!
If not from the disabled community, we try to hire from ethnic minorities, as well as we try to have a great balance between genders. To create a unique but great culture-diverse group of people that will create unique designs!
